CAD-design Kft. has been offering CAD systems on the Hungarian market since 2008. They aim to provide industry-specific, efficient engineering CAD design software to their clients at an affordable price. Over the past 10 years, they have helped their users with about 3,000 design and manufacturing support systems and related add-on modules. They are constantly expanding their product portfolio and improving their services, adapting to changing customer needs. In Hungary, they are official distributor of ZWCAD and ZW3D design software and some other additional modules belonging to them. They also provide support services for software with outstanding price / value ratio to fulfill clients’ requirements.

During the requirement assessment, we were not only interested in the customer’s ideas. We also needed to know the business model, operation and goals of the company so that we know what and how they want to communicate with their website. In addition, we suggested recommendations and solution ideas, maneuvering between current trends and practical, traditional methods. After the quick quotation, we negotiated the project contract.
We re-registered the domain name zwcad.hu and provided the web hosting for the site. Nearly 70 mobile and tablet-optimized, responsive pages, a webshop a forum and blog interface, a reference map with their existing customers were built, and we also created and set up their related social media pages. Several additional functions have also been implemented, so users can download the full and trial versions of the software they are interested in and ask for any other further help.
Distributed software can also be purchased online by the users, either by bank transfer or secure credit card payment. And users can track their current software and subscriptions with their own closed account. By logging in with a separate account, they can also share their experiences in CAD-design’s own professional CAD forum.
The clients took over the website with satisfaction, for which they also received a guiding video. In it, we’ve shown you how to manage your site and how to modify certain features.
Since then, we have been providing regular monthly services to the company, updating the information, products and news on the site. We also perform technical maintenance tasks: software updates, regular security checks, backups. Managers can safely focus on what they are really good at: managing the company and the customers.
Our collaboration will continue, and we are currently developing online marketing and advertising strategies for the company to reach potential users as successfully as possible in the future, thus increasing the efficiency of their work. We hope they will be satisfied with this service as well.
